Membership Criteria
• Are you an member of the Longmont Small
Business Association (LSBA)? (To join the LSBA today click
here.)
• Is your business privately held? (not publicly traded)?
• Do the business owners, totaling greater than 50% of the
business ownership, live in Colorado?
• Is your business located in Longmont, with no corporate
or national headquarters outside of Colorado?
• Can your business make independent decisions regarding the
name and look of your business, as well as all business purchasing,
practices and distribution?
• Do you pay all your own marketing, rent and other business
expenses (without assistance from a corporate headquarters)?
If your business can answer YES
to all of the questions above, please read on.
